     Whey powder prices slid down on the bottom of the range but are unchanged on the top of the
     price series this week. Some market participants are purchasing spot loads at lower prices
     this week. Resellers continue to offer name brand spot loads at higher prices in the East.
     Overall, current spot sales are within the price range. Dry whey production is steady to a
     bit higher, as there are reports of more milk clearing into Class III intakes. Supplies are
     balanced to short, as some manufacturers are not offering loads on the spot market due to
     the majority of loads clearing to contracts. The demand is fairly stable this week, as
     market participants are purchasing regular orders for their customers' holiday needs. Spot
     prices are somewhat mixed on various pricing indices. Current market conditions are fairly
     stable. The November 2018 Dairy Market News monthly average for Northeast dry whey was
     $0.4817 compared to $0.4809 one month ago.
