     whole milk production is more active, compared to a couple of weeks ago, prompted by higher
     farm milk outputs at a national level. The tone of the national dry whole milk market is
     steady. Inventories are mixed throughout the country. The November Dairy Market News average
     of the price series for dry whole milk was $1.5545.
